Brand Designer – Remote
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual and strategic identity of a new restaurant concept in Amsterdam, specializing in cookies. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing a compelling brand presence from the ground up, ensuring the restaurant stands out in a competitive market. The position requires a creative leader who can translate business goals into a cohesive brand strategy, oversee creative direction, and implement effective marketing and social media campaigns tailored to the hospitality sector.
Deliverables
- Develop a comprehensive brand identity, including logo, color palette, typography, and visual guidelines.
- Lead creative direction for all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency across digital and physical channels.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, focusing on audience growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align branding with business objectives and customer experience.
- Provide guidance on packaging, in-store branding, and promotional materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand design, creative direction, and marketing within the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand launches or rebrands.
- Expertise in visual design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Experience developing and executing social media strategies for restaurants or food businesses.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Amsterdam market and food trends is a plus.
