Application Developer:
About the Internship:
Join a mission-driven team building an application using React and JavaScript. As an Application Development Intern, you’ll gain real hands-on experience working in a collaborative environment on a real product that will help connect people across our community.
What You'll Learn & Gain:
- Experience building features and components from the ground-up in React.

We’re designing an application, and we want a UI/UX Intern who’s excited to contribute ideas, design beautiful interfaces, and think through user flows. You’ll work alongside developers and a project manager to shape how users interact with our platform.
What You'll Learn & Gain:
- Experience designing features for an application.
- Mentorship from experienced team leads on best design practices and tools (Figma, etc).
- Understanding of how design connects to development and project delivery.
- Feedback-driven design iterations and a portfolio-worthy project.
What You’ll Do:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and design components for the mentorship app.
- Think through user journeys and identify opportunities to simplify and improve UX.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Contribute to design systems and documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Familiar with Figma or other UI/UX tools.
- Passionate about clean, user-friendly design.
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Interested in how design and development work together.
Compensation:
As the primary focus of this internship is on learning and growth, it is offered on an unpaid basis to support skill-building and real-world experience.
