United Uptime Services, a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for experienced, savvy, high performing Talent Acquisition Manager for a Remote/Home Based role. In this role you will manage a high performing recruiting team, work hand in hand with regional, local, and executive leadership in developing a recruiting strategy, and driving competitive field hiring throughout the organization.

What You Will Do:
- Trains, coaches and develops all recruiters to ensure each are achieving weekly expectations as well as career development
- Leads full life cycle recruiting (post, source, interview, schedule interviews, candidate management, negotiate salaries and extend offers) for the Company’s business units
- Drives key performance indicators such as days to fill, talent retained through 90 days, 12 months, hires per week per recruiter, and others to be developed
- Advises and influences hiring leaders on market information and best practices
- Partners with business leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to develop a talent acquisition sourcing strategy and ensures alignment with recruiting needs and makes recommendations to CHRO
- Guides and oversees the screening and selection process in evaluating candidates
- Evaluates regularly and recommends recruiting tactics, processes, technology and resources to ensure alignment to business priorities
- Leads the recruiting effectiveness metrics to ensure alignment with business direction and requirements while working with the CHRO on recommendations for any adjustments at the enterprise level.
- Simplifies and enhances both the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Ensure accuracy of Applicant Tracking System and individual recruiting tracking spreadsheets of all recruiters in the organization
- Builds relationships, both internal and external (3rd Party Agencies, technical programs and high schools, etc.), through influencing, owning contractual agreements and investing time on campus / premises
- Supports the onboarding of new hires (Talent Acquisition processes, opening requisitions (Manual and other ATS systems) and implements one enterprise wide applicant tracking system
- Performs all other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of current experience as a full cycle Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
- Experience recruiting in multiple areas and levels with a heavy focus on hourly positions (Distributed and mobilized Service Technician work force - HVAC, refrigeration, food and beverage equipment, manufacturing, supply chain)
- Experience in building and optimizing recruiting infrastructure (i.e. recruiting strategy, tools, trade school and military recruitment)
- Mentoring and training team members on the use of advanced candidate sourcing techniques and developing sourcing plans (process, social media, ATS, Tools, etc.)
- Proven track record of maintaining a high level of confidential information in a professional manner
- Demonstrated sourcing and recruiting experience for hourly candidates in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ year of Supervisory / Leadership experience
- Hybrid working environment
- Able to travel 25% of the time
- Frequent use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files and other equipment
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
