Verde Adventures provides unforgettable water experiences along the scenic Verde River. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy individual to fill a dual role as

Reservationist & Executive Assistant. This position combines customer reservations with administrative and executive support.Responsibilities

Reservations & Customer Service

  • Answer phones, emails, texts, and online chat inquiries
  • Assist customers in selecting the best tour options
  • Book, modify, and manage reservations
  • Coordinate reservations with managers, guides, and river operations
  • Handle cancellations, changes, and special requests
  • Complete 14-day Reservations Agent training

Executive Assistant & Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to company leadership

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, reminders, and task tracking
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects
  • Perform online research and information gathering
  • Organize digital files and maintain accurate records
  • Support daily office operations

Technology & Systems

  • Daily use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for research and organization
  • Use reservation systems, CRM platforms, and cloud-based tools
  • Proficient with smartphones, apps, and computers

On-Site & Operational Support

  • Check in customers and provide retail store support
  • Occasionally assist with shuttling guests, guides, and gear
  • Assist river operations during peak season as needed

Requirements

  • Strong phone, customer service, and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology
  • Proficient with computers and smartphones
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Good DMV record (background check required)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors in summer heat
  • Must be available weekends and holidays
  • Must have a computer and reliable internet for occasional remote work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in reservations, hospitality, travel, or administrative roles
  • Executive assistant or office administration experience
  • Experience with online research or project coordination
