Role Descriptions: Overview We are looking for a UX Designer to lead the experience vision and design of internal AI-driven tools that transform how our Gaming Operations teams manage insights| workflows| and player support at scale .Youll define how AI| automation| and human-centered design intersect to create intuitive| efficient| and empowering internal experiences helping business leaders more efficiently manage our business. analysts| and support agents work smarter| faster| and with greater clarity. Key Responsibilities Lead UX strategy and execution for AI-powered internal tools that support operations| data insights| and automation workflows .Collaborate with Product Managers| Data Scientists| and Engineering to translate complex operational requirements into elegant| intuitive design systems .Partner with stakeholders across support| moderation| compliance| and analytics to map end-to-end user journeys and optimize pain points. Build and evolve design frameworks that balance efficiency| trust| and user delight for non-customer-facing tools
