The (USA) Systems Administrator, Technology Operations, plays a critical role in managing and supporting IT infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring seamless hardware and software functionality. The role requires expertise in system administration, problem-solving, and change management to maintain operational efficiency. The Systems Administrator also contributes to process improvements, supports training initiatives, and upholds company policies to deliver reliable technology services that meet business and customer needs.
About the team:
The Technology Operations team provides essential support for hardware and software across Stores, Clubs, Distribution Centers, and Home Office locations. This team serves as a key contact for internal and external customers, managing issue resolution and ensuring solutions meet operational needs. They develop and maintain web-based training tools, support software administration globally, and collaborate with development teams to enhance system performance. Focused on continuous improvement, the team monitors key performance indicators, supports field services, and drives long-term solutions to optimize IT infrastructure and customer service delivery within the company.

## What you'll do...

  • Monitor payroll transaction data collection for multiple regions, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as a primary contact for internal and external customers, assessing and resolving hardware and software concerns across various company locations.
  • Support Field Services by developing and maintaining training web pages and playbooks, and providing end-user training on system functionality.
  • Administer and support software tools globally, collaborating with development teams to enhance product performance and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting metrics to track team performance and operational objectives.
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements through data analysis and issue tracking.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in system administration and IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Expertise in change management processes and supporting software tools.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service as a primary point of contact for hardware and software support.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in monitoring key performance indicators and developing reporting metrics.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders and support training initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
