## Position Summary...
Drive the execution and governance of catalog specs, schemas, and rules—turning them into scalable capabilities that power omni experiences and real-world operations. This role sits at the center of cross-functional delivery, ensuring product data solutions are planned, aligned, and successfully implemented across tech, stores, and supply chain.
Manage a big business and be a true subject matter expert in your category. Strategize and choose the assortment in stores and online.
## What you'll do...
- Own end-to-end program execution for catalog and product data initiatives, driving planning, milestones, and delivery across multiple teams
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, operations, business) to align on priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
- Identify risks, gaps, and blockers early, and actively drive resolution to keep programs on track
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Track progress, communicate status clearly to leadership, and ensure delivery against committed impact

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related field. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in
software engineering or related field. Option 3: Master's degree in Computer Science and 1 year’s experience in software engineering or related
field.
2 years' experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics.
