OBJECTIVES

  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the vehicle selection process by actively listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing options.
  • Facilitate test drives and showcase the unique benefits of our vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Follow up with clients to discuss their experience, ensure satisfaction, and address any concerns promptly and thoroughly.
  • Clearly explain financing and leasing options to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Contribute to the sales team’s success by enhancing revenue, fostering a positive culture, and building the company’s brand image.
  • Effectively communicate the company’s value propositions to vendors, end-users, and other clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, automotive financing, customer service, real estate, business development, or marketing (strongly preferred).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to operate and navigate a motor vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
