Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our construction team. In this pivotal role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be instrumental in facilitating seamless communication among stakeholders, managing project documentation, and assisting with scheduling and resource allocation to drive project success.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules . Coordinate with project manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Support the preparation and review of construction estimates, budgets, and cost control measures. Monitor project progress on-site and in office environments, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality specifications. Assist in managing e-mails, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and procurement processes to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes. Support project meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, reports, and updates for stakeholders. Help oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and contract management is highly desirable. Prior experience working on construction sites or in a construction management role is preferred; familiarity with site safety protocols is a plus. Exceptional communication skills for clear collaboration with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Pay: From $78,000.00 per year
