Compemsation is a base pay plus healthy commission paid twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and online chat to promote products and services
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities through outbound calls and digital outreach
• Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, negotiating that meet customer needs while achieving company goals
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales progress
• Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth deal closing processes and excellent customer service

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end or automobile sales
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
• Proficiency in CRM software or with technology for inventory management tools for tracking sales activities
• Outstanding communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities
• Ability to perform cold calling confidently and handle outbound sales calls professionally
• Strong customer service orientation combined with effective organizational skills to support ongoing client relationships
