Job Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a critical link between raw data and actionable business intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into meaningful insights that drive organizational decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage the complete data lifecycle, from initial collection through final reporting, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity. Working collaboratively across multiple departments, this individual will design and implement sophisticated data solutions, respond to analytical requests, and create reporting frameworks that support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, validate, cleanse, and report on data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures
  • Extract and analyze data from various sources including relational databases, manual files, and external websites
  • Respond promptly and accurately to data inquiries from various departments and teams within the organization
  • Create and publish regularly scheduled reports as well as ad hoc reports based on business needs
  • Document reporting requirements, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer
  • Validate data components and perform quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions Skills:
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and database management systems
  • Proficiency with query tools and/or statistical software packages
  • Advanced SQL programming skills for complex queries and stored procedures
  • ETL process design and implementation capabilities
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with relational databases in a professional environment
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and ETL development
