Role summary

This role is for an AI Intern who will transition to a full-time position in San Francisco. The team is focused on security, reliability, and performance, building future-proof solutions. The intern will act as a bridge between AI and customers, building and optimizing AI agents, refining prompts, and serving as a human liaison for complex situations. The company emphasizes a high bar for interns.

We are an intense, tightly-knit team based in Lower Haight, San Francisco. Our customers range from fast-growing startups to established enterprise companies and we obsess in listening to each of them and helping them succeed. Our development pillars are security, reliability and performance, combined with pragmatism to always find working solutions and be ultra-responsive to customer feedback and requests. Working both at the infrastructure and product level, we strive to build correct, future-proof solutions with great taste.

As an AI intern, you will be directly engaging with our customers. You will become the bridge between cutting-edge AI and our customers. You'll build and optimize AI agents, refine prompts based on live interactions, and step in as the human liaison when complex situations require judgment and empathy. \
