Overview

A large enterprise operating in a regulated financial services environment is hiring a
Technical Software Engineering Manager
to lead the design and delivery of modern web and mobile applications.

This role blends
hands-on technical leadership with team management
, partnering with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to drive architecture decisions, engineering quality, and delivery execution across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers building web and mobile applications

• Oversee the full SDLC including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Partner with product, business, and operations stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals

• Establish engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, and maintainability

• Support architecture decisions across frontend, backend, and platform systems

• Track engineering metrics and drive continuous improvement within the team

Required Experience

• 8+ years of software engineering experience

• Experience leading engineering teams or major development initiatives

• Experience delivering enterprise applications in structured environments

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
