Product Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Product Operations Manager to run internal execution, systems, and workflows across product, tech, and drops.

This is a highly hands-on role working directly with the founder.

What you’ll do

• Own and manage our Notion workspace and internal systems
• Turn ideas into structured workflows, tasks, and project plans
• Track execution across product, tech, and drops
• Run weekly planning, check-ins, and follow-ups
• Keep teams aligned and accountable
• Improve internal processes over time

Who you are

• 2–5 years in startups, product ops, or project management
• Strong with Notion, Slack, and Google Suite
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Fast-moving, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Clear communicator who simplifies complexity

Someone who takes chaos → structure and makes things actually move.
