A Toronto-based client is seeking a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer for a 9-month contract opportunity. This onsite role requires extensive experience in software development and delivery, with a strong focus on AWS cloud services and implementing contact center solutions. Experience with Amazon AI agents is also a key requirement.

Our Toronto-based client is seeking a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer for a 9-month contract opportunity in Toronto, ON. This is an onsite role.

Must Haves:

10+ years of experience in software development and delivery track record in a range of technical roles.
Ideally 5 yrs of experience in AWS cloud using AWS Services and tools, including Lambda, AWS Connect, API Gateway, Amazon Lex, AWS CLI, Kinesis, S3, KMS, Glue, DynamoDB, RDS, Amplify, and other core AWS services.
5+ years of experience working with implementing Contact center solutions.
Amazon AI agents experience.
