Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of the law, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively. In this role, you will assist attorneys in all phases of cases from inception to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing, petitions, and legal documents.
• Prepare case summaries, medical chronologies, and other critical documentation.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to gather information and update case status.
• Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents with courts and agencies.
• Review and analyze medical records, treatment histories, and other evidence for case development.
• Prepare discovery responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents as required.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research, document preparation, and case management software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
