Role Overview

We’re looking for a
Product Designer
who goes beyond surface-level design—someone who can
own the full experience from insight to prototype
.

You’ll play a key role in shaping onboarding and engagement by:

- Analyzing competitor products and user journeys
- Identifying friction and trust gaps
- Turning insights into clear product decisions
- Building
interactive, end-to-end prototypes

This role sits at the intersection of
UX, product strategy, and growth
.

What You’ll Do

- Map and break down complex fintech user flows (onboarding, KYC, funding, investing)
- Conduct structured competitive UX analysis
- Generate behavioral insights around trust, risk, and decision-making
- Translate research into actionable product recommendations
- Build
clickable prototypes in Figma
(not just static screens)
- Partner with product to improve onboarding, conversion, and retention

- Location:
Remote (U.S. only)

Educational Internship (Unpaid, Part-time or Full-time, min. 20 hrs/week)
- Duration:
3–6 months
- Weekly Meetings:
Mon / Wed / Thurs – 2:00–2:30 PM EST
- Outcome:
Eligible for contractor role upon successful completion
