Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner for a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining the product vision, overseeing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining user stories and requirements. The Senior Technical Product Owner will work closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Additionally, the role includes monitoring key performance metrics and driving consistent improvements to the product.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management and Business Analysis, with a track record of delivering high-quality software products
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, user feedback, and product performance
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders, business teams, and end-users
- Understanding of Software Development processes, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly preferred
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree or certification is a plus
- Experience in the accounting or financial technology industry is a strong advantage
