Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for an Agentic AI Software Engineer at our Columbia, MD office, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge agentic AI software solutions. Responsibilities include working on advanced research and applications in natural language processing, neural networks, and pattern recognition. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions that meet client needs and deliver actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and implement GenAI/Agentic AI software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand end-user requirements.
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and emerging technologies.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of software components.
• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in programming and designing software solutions.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in building GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong foundational knowledge in AI/ML.
• Proficient in various programming languages such as Python, Java, Javascript
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a USA citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process.
• Proven track record of managing large scale enterprise projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
