Accenture is seeking an AI-First Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in Angular and .NET/C#. You Are
You are an AI-first full stack engineer with strong experience building custom applications using Angular (frontend) and .NET/C# (backend).
You’re highly analytical, thrive in solving complex problems, and enjoy building scalable, high-quality software from the ground up—not just configuring existing tools. You actively leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar to accelerate development, improve quality, and rethink how work gets done across the SDLC.
You’re comfortable owning components or workstreams, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously looking for ways to innovate and improve delivery.
The Work
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver modern, AI-enabled applications. Responsibilities may include:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Angular and .NET/C#
- Translate business and system requirements into scalable technical designs and high-quality implementations
- Apply AI-first engineering practices, leveraging tools like Copilot or Claude for development, testing, and documentation
- Contribute across the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment
- Design and implement front end screens, APIs and integrations
- Build and deploy solutions using cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and team productivity through automation and innovation
What You’ll Need- Over 5 years of experience in full stack or custom software engineering
- Strong expertise in Angular (frontend) and .NET/C# (backend)
- Proven experience building custom applications (not just off-the-shelf implementations)
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience using AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar)
- Experience using AI tools to support development, requirements gathering, and/or testing
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
- Solid understanding of software design principles, APIs, and integration patterns
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications
- Familiarity with Azure
- Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures
- Experience mentoring junior developers or contributing to team best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, or mathematics

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
