Business Operations Incident Analyst (Rev Cycle)
Role summary
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Business Operations Incident Analyst (Revenue Cycle) to investigate and resolve issues impacting business and financial operations within the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of revenue cycle workflows. Responsibilities include triaging incidents, performing root cause analysis, validating fixes with technical teams, and creating documentation and reports for leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in application support or revenue cycle analysis within healthcare, with hands-on experience in Cerner Millennium revenue cycle solutions and 2+ years in revenue cycle workflows. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
The Business Operations Incident Analyst (Revenue Cycle) serves as a key problem solver and investigator for issues impacting business and financial operations within the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR. In this role, you will analyze system incidents, identify root causes, validate fixes, and support the stability and long term integrity of revenue cycle solutions.
Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a deep understanding of revenue cycle workflows. You will triage incoming incidents, investigate system or user driven errors, and provide clear recommendations for resolution. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed fixes address business needs and with end users to support workflow clarity and system accuracy.
