Role summary
ACES is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst with an active Secret Clearance to support workforce analytics and program execution for the DoW CIO WID. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10 years of relevant experience. The analyst will lead workforce data analysis and reporting, develop dashboards and visualizations, support workforce initiatives, provide data-driven insights to leadership, and coordinate with stakeholders. The position is a 5-year contract located onsite at the Mark Center in Arlington, VA, with a required TS/SCI clearance. Experience with workforce analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools is essential.
