Sales Data Analyst I
Acima is a no credit needed lease-to-own (LTO) fin tech company. We partner with merchants across the country to provide fast, easy, and affordable financing solutions for customers who may not qualify for traditional financing or who prefer alternative payment options.
Acima has derived its significant competitive advantage through its high prioritization of data. We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insights that can shape the future of our company. You will work hand-in-hand with senior analysts and various departments including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to provide data-driven perspectives that will influence company strategy.
Who You Are
- A quick learner with a strong desire to develop your analytical skills and grow within the company
- Familiar with basic SQL queries and eager to deepen your SQL skills
- Have been expos ed to data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI , Looker, Domo, Sisense, etc. Tableau is preferred but not required
- Effective communicator who can translate data into understandable insights for a non-technical audience
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on key objectives
- Intrigued by the challenge of taking on responsibilities and eager to prove yourself
What You Will Do
- Assist senior analysts and operations leaders in data gathering and preliminary analysis to support strategic decisions
- Create basic visualizations and reports using tools like Excel, Periscope, or Tableau, as guided by senior analysts
- Work on defined tasks and projects with moderate supervision , to support ongoing business needs
- Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams on specifi c guided tasks
- Continue to build your technical toolkit through internal and external training opportunities
