Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
AI / Machine Learning Engineer
to design, develop, deploy, and scale machine learning models in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in model development, deployment, and API-based integration, with exposure to NLP and deep learning solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and train
machine learning models
for real-world business problems
- Deploy ML models into production and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
- Build and integrate
REST APIs
to serve ML models for application consumption
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate requirements into ML solutions
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
- Optimize models for efficiency, accuracy, and latency
- Ensure best practices in ML lifecycle management (versioning, testing, monitoring)

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in
machine learning model development and deployment
- Hands-on expertise in deploying models as REST APIs
- Solid understanding of ML workflows and production ML systems
- Experience with Python-based ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with
NLP and deep learning
techniques
- Hands-on exposure to
cloud ML platforms
such as
AWS SageMaker
or
Azure AI
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale ML systems and distributed training
• Understanding of data engineering concepts and pipelines
• Experience working in Agile development environments
