Integrated Product Manager
Role summary
Actalent is seeking an Integrated Product Manager for a Contract to Hire position in Tucson, AZ. This role leads multidisciplinary engineering teams in the technical execution of multiple test system projects, overseeing cost, schedule, and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong systems engineering, program management, and communication skills, with preferred experience in Earned Value Management, test systems, system integration, or hardware/software engineering. This onsite position requires the ability to analyze program data, identify risks, and drive process improvements.
Description
This role leads multidisciplinary engineering teams and sub IPMs in the technical execution of multiple test system projects across RTX programs. The IPM oversees cost, schedule, and performance while coordinating cross functional efforts and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
