### Who you are
- 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- Proven ability to own product areas from problem definition through shipped solutions
- Experience in contributing to or building scalable design systems
- Strong product thinking and UX fundamentals, with a knack for simplifying complex problems
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly evolving product requirements
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions and tradeoffs
- A collaborative spirit that positively contributes to team culture
- Experience designing financial products or fintech experiences
- Experience designing for users with varying levels of financial literacy
- Experience working on early-stage or fast-growing product teams

### What the job involves
- At Addition Wealth, design is fundamental to how users interact with and understand their financial lives. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and create thoughtful, impactful experiences that empower users to make confident financial decisions
- Our design team works cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to simplify complex financial concepts, translating them into clear, accessible product experiences. This role requires a designer who can effectively identify user problems, explore and vet solutions, and deliver polished designs that balance usability, clarity, and trust
- You will be responsible for owning product areas end-to-end, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to ship significant features, and contributing to the development of our design systems and product foundations. We seek a collaborative, thoughtful, and highly communicative individual who thrives in ambiguity and can craft high-quality experiences that deliver measurable value
