GTM AI Engineer

We’re hiring a GTM AI Engineer (Contract → Full-Time) to help us redefine how go-to-market teams operate in an agent-first world.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, RevOps, and Growth, focused on building and scaling agent-centric workflows across the full GTM spectrum—with a clear path from contract to full-time for the right person.

What you’ll do:

• Design and deploy AI agents to support and automate GTM processes end-to-end

• Own and optimize workflows across Salesforce (SFDC), Biz Dev, targeting, and prospect management

• Build systems for intelligent account selection, enrichment, and prioritization

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to turn manual processes into scalable, AI-driven pipelines

• Integrate tools, data sources, and LLM-based systems into a cohesive GTM engine

What we’re looking for:

• A self-starter with strong initiative—you don’t wait for direction, you find problems and solve them

• Comfort operating in a contract role with ownership from day one, with the opportunity to convert to full-time

• Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) and GTM tooling ecosystems

• Strong understanding of business development, pipeline generation, and prospecting workflows

• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/agent-based systems (LLMs, automations, orchestration tools)

• Ability to translate messy GTM processes into structured, automated systems

• Comfort operating across strategy and execution

Bonus points:

• Experience with RevOps or Growth Engineering

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, or similar

• Background in startups or high-growth environments
