Youth Enrichment Program Manager
Role summary
This is a full-time, onsite contract position for a Youth Enrichment Program Manager in Sudbury, running from May 4, 2026, to September 4, 2026. The role involves planning, organizing, and leading youth enrichment programs, including summer camps and activities, with a focus on supporting children and youth with autism and behavioral needs. Key responsibilities include creating a safe and structured environment, managing staff, ensuring program compliance, and implementing behavior support strategies. Position Details:
- Start Date: May 4, 2026
- Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week) through September 4, 2026
- Wage: $26.86 – $35.00 per hour
- Location: Lonsdale Community Campus – Sudbury

Required Experience:
- Experience working with children and youth with autism and behavioural needs
- Understanding of behaviour support strategies, emotional regulation, and structured programming
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead youth enrichment programming
- Coordinate summer camps, outings, sports, and group activities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and structured environment
- Support children and youth with autism and complex behavioural needs
- Ensure program compliance, safety, and documentation
- Lead and support staff with scheduling and daily operations
