Role Description
The Security Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO, responsible for overseeing daily security operations and ensuring consistent service quality. This role includes supervising security staff, coordinating guard schedules and patrol activities, and monitoring adherence to standard operating procedures and client-specific requirements. The Security Operations Manager will review incident reports, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with clients to assess risks and update security plans. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with physical and cybersecurity partners, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations, supporting training initiatives, and continuously improving operational processes to enhance safety and responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Physical Security practices, such as access control, patrol oversight, incident response, and guard deployment.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Network Security principles to support integrated security solutions.
- Experience with Vulnerability Management, including risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing security operations in commercial or residential environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO, with flexibility for varied shifts or emergency response as needed.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP) and prior supervisory experience in security or law enforcement are beneficial.
