Role summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Research Data Analyst II to join their team in Orlando, FL. This onsite role involves analyzing qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, and administrative data to create reports, scorecards, and dashboards. Responsibilities include developing performance measurement processes, conducting data mining and extraction, and supporting research study protocols. The ideal candidate will have mastery of MS Office, strong communication and analytical skills, and at least one year of relevant experience in fields like business, healthcare, engineering, information systems, or mathematics. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

  • Analyzes qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, and administrative data.
  • Synthesizes results into meaningful reports, scorecards, and dashboard tools.
  • Develops and maintains performance measurement processes, including database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and reporting/dashboard deployment.
  • Conducts regular data mining and extraction from multiple sources.
  • Retrieves, organizes, validates, and delivers data to support research study protocols, preparatory reviews, and feasibility cohort queries.

Location: Must reside in Orlando, FL Onsite role.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Mastery of desktop applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) [Required]
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences throughout the organization [Required]
  • Ability to effectively summarize data, present insights and facilitate discussion of results [Required]
  • Initiative to work independently (self-direction) and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for maximum efficiency and effectiveness [Required]
  • Attention to detail that ensures follow-through on all assigned projects [Required]
