Role summary

We are seeking a relationship-driven Print Program Manager to lead and grow our advisor-facing print and client engagement programs. This role focuses on enhancing the advisor experience to deepen client relationships, increase retention, and drive business growth. You will act as a trusted partner, continuously improving program offerings and identifying new value-adds. Responsibilities include evolving programs, monitoring performance, supporting new product rollouts, serving as a primary advisor contact, providing tailored solutions, onboarding, coaching, troubleshooting, and reporting on program utilization. The ideal candidate possesses strong client service, program strategy, and CRM skills, with experience in digital or print marketing being a plus.

Overview:

We’re looking for a relationship-driven, strategic thinker to lead and grow our advisor-facing print and client engagement programs. As a Print Program Manager, you will own the experience of advisors participating in our Print on Demand and Client Engagement programs—helping them deepen client relationships, increase retention, and drive meaningful growth in their businesses.

This role blends account management and program strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to advisors while continuously improving program offerings and identifying new ways to deliver value.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with leadership to evolve and expand advisor programs, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and impact
  • Monitor program performance, usage trends, and advisor feedback to inform improvements
  • Support the rollout of new products, services, and enhancements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors, developing trusted, long-term relationships
  • Understand each advisor’s client retention and referral goals and recommend tailored solutions
  • Proactively engage advisors to ensure they are maximizing program value
  • Onboard new advisors and provide ongoing coaching on best practices
  • Respond to advisor inquiries with a solutions-oriented, high-touch approach
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain and update program offerings, including product catalogs and system features
  • Track and report on program utilization and advisor engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and delivery across teams

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Strong client service mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing relationships and delivering on client needs or project scope
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively—both written and verbal
  • Experience supporting products, systems, or technical solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and drive solutions
