Aegis Therapies is seeking a full-time Program Manager for their Meridian Nursing and Rehab Center in Wichita, KS. This role involves treating patients, gaining experience with administrative tasks like scheduling, and serving as a liaison for the Director of Rehab. While not a direct supervisor, this position offers a stepping stone to management roles with opportunities for career growth, clinical mentorship, and a flexible schedule. Candidates must have graduated from a therapy program and hold or be able to obtain a therapist license in Kansas. New graduates are welcome.

## Pay: state range up to $35 per hour (based on experience/location)

Qualifications:
- Graduate from Therapy program
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist in the state of practice
