Role summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Program Manager for their Outpatient Physical Therapy program at Highland Senior Living. This role involves treating patients, managing administrative tasks like scheduling, and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings, focusing on higher-functioning residents in an assisted living, independent living, or outpatient setting. Hourly rate: $36-45.00

Qualifications:

  • Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
  • Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
  • Current CPR certification, preferred

As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while getting leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for Area Manager.
