Role summary

AeroVect, a Series A company transforming ground handling with autonomy, seeks a Recruitment Coordinator. This role partners with Recruiting, HR, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to coordinate talent acquisition scheduling and interview logistics. The coordinator will also help build talent processes and procedures and assist with special projects. A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Communications, 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems are required. Project management experience and the ability to achieve results with limited supervision are also necessary. Startup experience and familiarity with co-op/intern recruitment cycles are preferred.

You will

  • Partner with Recruiting, HR, Hiring Managers and Interviewers on various recruitment initiatives

  • Coordinate Talent Acquisition scheduling and interview logistics

  • Build out best in class talent processes and procedures

  • Assist with special projects when needed.

You have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar fields.

  • 1-3 years experience in Recruitment Coordination

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Experience partnering with a wide variety of clients and senior level business leaders.

  • Project management experience and proven ability to achieve results with limited supervision

  • Passionate about robotics and autonomy, solving difficult problems, and creating solutions. 

We Prefer

  • Startup experience is a huge plus!

  • Experience with co-op/intern recruitment cycles

  • Experience working in a remote environment
