Role summary

AgentMail is seeking a Founding Strategy & Operations Lead to build the identity and communication infrastructure for AI agents, starting with email. This execution-heavy role involves setting up scalable automations, defining operating processes, tightening internal workflows, driving pricing and logistics projects, and building decision-making dashboards. The ideal candidate is process-minded, enjoys optimizing systems, can translate complex problems into actionable plans, and is comfortable owning workstreams end-to-end. Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), data organization tools (Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets), CRM systems (HubSpot), dashboarding, and basic API data (JSON) is strongly preferred, as are backgrounds in operations, consulting, or investment banking.

AgentMail is building the identity and communication infrastructure for AI agents, starting with email. We’re looking for a key Founding Strategy and Operations Lead. You’ll set up scalable automations and set up operating processes, tighten internal workflows, drive pricing and logistics projects, and build the dashboards we use to make decisions. This role is execution heavy with clear ownership across operations, data, and early GTM.

**You’ll work on:**

• Building automations and repeatable processes across the company

• Standing up internal tools, templates, and workflows that scale

• Capturing data across sales, product, and ops to build clean dashboards

• Driving initiatives in pricing, logistics, vendor management, and ops quality

• Defining and testing early sales motions with tight feedback loops

• Running cross functional projects with fast turnaround

**Strong preference for experience with Zapier or similar automation tools (Make, n8n), Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, CRM systems like HubSpot, basic dashboard tools, and comfort working with simple API style data like JSON.** Previous operating, consulting, and investment banking experience is a plus.
