About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining comprehensive business reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to various stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and experimentation will directly influence product development and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other key teams to understand data requirements, design experiments, and communicate findings effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization tools, with a passion for translating complex data into understandable insights that drive business success.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in business reporting and data analysis within fast-paced environments is essential. Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting, coupled with hands-on experience in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, is required. Candidates should have demonstrated ability to build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau. A solid understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis is crucial. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, and strong communication skills to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences are also vital. Business acumen with a strategic mindset is highly valued.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business reporting solutions and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and present insights that inform product features and guide overall business strategy.
• Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and optimize program performance.
• Utilize SQL and Python, including libraries like Pandas and NumPy, to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define data needs, ensuring the delivery of relevant and insightful data solutions.
• Identify emerging trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis and communicate findings through accessible reports and presentations.
