About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Web Developer to join our dynamic Product Delivery Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge web-based applications that are integral to financial compliance and risk management processes. As a Fullstack Web Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality interfaces and backend systems that meet stringent security and performance standards. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration and web development, with a strong background in Microsoft and cloud technologies. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in programming with the Microsoft .NET stack, Angular, Node.js, and ColdFusion, along with solid knowledge of SQL databases such as SQL Server and MySQL. Familiarity with encryption protocols, multi-factor authentication, and cybersecurity best practices is essential. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms like AWS, virtualization technologies, web security, and mobile app development will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from initial discovery through to deployment and user acceptance testing. Key responsibilities include collaborating with business analysts, product managers, and technical teams to lead the design process, ensuring that UI/UX standards are maintained and translated accurately into code. You will be expected to create and update UI deliverables such as sketches, style guides, prototypes, and pattern libraries, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms. The role requires designing responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces that adhere to common interface patterns for optimal user experience. You will also estimate design tasks during planning sessions, contribute to sketching sessions involving cross-functional teams, and present your work during company-wide Show & Tell sessions. Ensuring data-driven design decisions and conducting usability tests in partnership with analysts are also critical components of your responsibilities.
