- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
Responsibilities

- Ensure timely resolution of member inquiries and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Stay updated on industry changes, legislative updates, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and competitiveness.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and innovation.
