About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As a key leader, you will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project progress. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex project challenges. The Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety standards, quality control, and environmental regulations, fostering a culture of safety and excellence throughout all phases of project delivery.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management is required, with proven expertise in managing large-scale projects. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project management software are essential. Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a thorough understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations. A track record of successful project delivery, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are highly valued.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all phases of infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, budget, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a safety-first culture by conducting regular safety audits, training sessions, and promoting best practices among team members.
  • Continuously evaluate project performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
