About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community development projects, ensuring they align with the organization’s mission and strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of affordable housing and community development initiatives. The Program Manager will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to deliver impactful programs that promote equitable growth and sustainable development.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in community development, project management, or a related area is required. Strong knowledge of affordable housing policies, funding mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks is essential. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary to manage multiple projects effectively. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural competency, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools is also desirable.
Responsibilities
