About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Web App Designer/Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating compelling, scalable, and innovative web applications that enhance our service offerings and improve user experience. Reporting directly to the Web App Development Manager, you will be responsible for consolidating large amounts of information into persuasive visual experiences, demonstrating your creative, technical, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Microsoft .NET technologies and have hands-on experience in developing custom web applications that are both functional and visually appealing. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in web application development, with a strong focus on .NET framework, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Knowledge of cross-platform technologies like Flutter or Capacitor is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to address complex technical challenges efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, are crucial for engaging effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing Microsoft .NET technologies, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Consolidate and visualize large datasets into persuasive and engaging visual experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and determine technical and design needs.
