Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is highly preferred, although expertise in other cloud services like Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud is also valuable. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience mentoring junior and intermediate developers and providing guidance to both technical and business stakeholders is essential. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Act as a technical lead, owning the design and development of complex, multi-platform, fault-tolerant backend systems.
- Identify gaps in existing frameworks and tools, and contribute to their continuous improvement to enhance developer experience.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code review standards, testing protocols, and documentation.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality benchmarks.
- Apply a strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on domain architecture, following High-Level Design methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of systems.
