About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing diverse candidates, and building relationships with both clients and job seekers. Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. A demonstrated understanding of diversity and inclusion practices, along with a passion for promoting equitable employment opportunities, is highly desirable. Candidates should also have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies aimed at attracting diverse talent pools. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs. You will also be tasked with maintaining a robust candidate pipeline and building relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and professional networks to promote diversity hiring initiatives. Additionally, the role involves managing the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, and providing guidance throughout the hiring process. You will track recruitment metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of diversity recruitment efforts, continuously seeking ways to improve sourcing and engagement strategies. Collaborating with internal teams to promote an inclusive workplace culture and supporting onboarding processes are also key aspects of this position.
