Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Software Engineer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role focuses on developing and validating security-focused hardware and software systems deployed at scale within a global cloud environment. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with server hardware, build automated test frameworks, and contribute to high-impact systems used in production. This is an exciting opportunity to influence real-world infrastructure while working on cutting-edge security technologies in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and validate security-related hardware and software systems across Windows and Linux server environments

Build and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and perform deep debugging across hardware and software layers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review designs, analyze test results, and document findings

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in C++ development, with additional experience in Python for automation

8+ years of experience testing and validating server or data center hardware systems

2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps

Strong experience with systems-level development across Windows Server and Linux environments

Proven ability to design, execute, and automate validation and testing processes

Experience with debugging complex hardware/software interactions and performance issues

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field required
