Role summary

AiPrise, a YC S22 company, is seeking a UK or EU-based Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts in the financial compliance infrastructure space. The role involves prospecting, conducting demos, and closing deals with financial institutions, fintechs, and marketplaces. This position requires a consultative approach, strong understanding of compliance requirements, and experience with B2B SaaS sales, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience and proven success in selling to regulated industries.

**The Role**

We are hiring a UK or EU-based Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts. You will report directly to and work closely with the Head of Sales. This role requires a consultative approach, strong understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries, and the ability to navigate complex buying processes.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through close.

- Prospect into target accounts while managing inbound opportunities.

- Conduct discovery, product demos, and pilots tailored to customer requirements.

- Coordinate compliance, procurement, and legal processes.

- Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM discipline.

- Collaborate with the Head of Sales on strategy for high-value opportunities.

- Represent AiPrise at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

**Requirements**

- 3–6 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.

- Proven success selling to financial institutions, fintechs, or marketplaces.

- Experience in identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance software preferred.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel for client and industry events.

- Based in the UK or EU.
