Analyst, Community Support, Strategic Finance
Role summary
The Analyst, Community Support Strategic Finance will be a key contributor to the Community Support organization, delivering actionable financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer service. This role involves exposure to headcount planning, payroll forecasting, variable cost modeling, and ROI investments. You will partner with business leaders to support scalable customer experiences and maintain strong financial performance. Responsibilities include monthly BVA analysis, payroll and headcount forecasting, cost planning support, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration on initiatives like new product launches and efficiency tracking. The role also supports the annual planning cycle.
