Forward Deployed Engineer, EMEA
Role summary
Airtable seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer in London to act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, driving digital transformation and technical solutions. This hybrid role involves embedding within leading organizations to understand business processes, architect and prototype solutions, and influence product direction. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in SaaS customer-facing roles and 7-10 years in technology/sales, with strong business acumen and hands-on technical building experience, including relational databases, enterprise integration, and AI/LLMs. Responsibilities include leading workshops, guiding clients, providing product feedback, and expanding use cases, requiring excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Please note, this is a hybrid position based in London with the expectation of 3 days a week in office.
