Associate Product Manager

About the job:

Akkodis is seeking a
Product Manager
for a
6-month contract role
based in
Phoenix, AZ (onsite)
. This role focuses on building and scaling
AI/ML-driven personalization capabilities
across digital platforms, driving customer engagement and business growth.

To be considered, candidates should have strong experience in
product management for digital products
, along with exposure to
APIs, data platforms, and AI/ML-based personalization systems
.

Pay Range:
$45 – $50/hr. on W2 (The pay rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Product Manager responsibilities include:

- Define and execute
product roadmap
for personalization across web, mobile, and marketing channels
- Build and scale
recommendation systems, segmentation, and dynamic content use cases
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams for
product delivery
- Manage
product lifecycle
from ideation to launch and optimization
- Drive
A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Track and analyze
KPIs (engagement, conversion, revenue impact)
- Create
product narratives, presentations, and stakeholder updates
- Ensure integration with
data platforms and customer journey systems

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5–7+ years of experience in
Product Management
- Experience with
digital products (web/mobile)
- Strong understanding of
APIs, data platforms, and system integrations
- Exposure to
AI/ML concepts (recommendation systems, segmentation)
- Experience managing
roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with
AI/ML-driven personalization or recommendation systems
- Familiarity with
Generative AI tools and applications
- Experience in
travel, hospitality, or e-commerce domains
- Exposure to
A/B testing, personalization platforms, and marketing tech

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in
enterprise environments (e.g., American Express or similar)
- Understanding of
customer journey systems and booking flows
