This is an entry-level Associate Product Manager (Data & Insights) role focused on product analytics and usage insights. You will analyze product usage data, maintain recurring reporting and dashboards, synthesize customer feedback and support trends (including NPS and tickets), and help the Product team make data-informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with Product, Customer Support, Engineering, and Data teams. This role emphasizes analysis, reporting, and insight generation rather than delivery management or feature scoping.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunity areas
- Maintain and improve recurring reports and dashboards on product usage, customer behavior, and key performance metrics
- Modify and build SQL queries and work with analytics tools to deliver repeatable insights
- Partner with Product and Customer Support to synthesize NPS, support tickets, and user feedback into actionable findings
- Identify gaps in data instrumentation and recommend improvements to tracking and reporting
- Systematize ongoing reporting and analysis workflows for Product Managers
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to ensure product data accuracy and accessibility
- Ground product discussions in observed user behavior and data-driven insights
- Learn the product and customer use cases deeply to inform internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- 0–2 years of experience in a professional, analytical, or product-related role (entry-level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic familiarity with SQL or strong willingness to learn quickly on the job
- Exposure to Python for data analysis is a plus
- Experience with product analytics, dashboarding, or reporting tools is a plus
- Experience working with customer support data, NPS, or user feedback analysis preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and own projects with limited oversight
- Interest in SaaS products, analytics, and data-driven product decisions
- Experience handling large or complex datasets is a plus
- Familiarity with legal technology or the legal industry is advantageous but not required
Compensation & Location
To comply with applicable state pay transparency requirements, the base pay ranges for this role are provided below (base pay only; incentives may apply):
- Home-based — Ohio: $51,200 – $85,300
- New York (state): $59,300 – $98,700
- New York City: $64,700 – $107,700
- Rochester, NY: $53,900 – $89,800
- New Jersey: $60,676 – $96,924
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $53,900 – $89,800
This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
