Akkodis is seeking a
Senior AI/ML Engineer
for a
Contract
with a client in
Burbank, CA.
The ideal candidate will build production-grade pipelines and integrate scalable AI workflows across cloud environments.
Rate Range:
$60/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior AI/ML Engineer Job Responsibilities Include

• Design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions using Python, LLMs, and modern ML frameworks.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering and context strategies for LLM‑based applications.
• Build end‑to‑end Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and implement vector search solutions.
• Integrate LLMs and agentic AI workflows into enterprise systems using Azure OpenAI and cloud-native tools.
• Ensure robust CI/CD, scalable cloud deployment, and monitoring/observability for production AI systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver secure, reliable, and production‑ready AI features at scale.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or related advanced technical roles.
• Proven experience designing and deploying LLM‑based systems, including RAG architectures and vector database integrations.
• Strong background in cloud deployment (Azure preferred) with hands‑on expertise in CI/CD, monitoring, and scalable production AI workflows.

Pay Details:
$60.00 to $65.00 per hour
